AI Transparency

We work with artificial intelligence as a core part of how we produce and deliver: AI-generated and AI-assisted images and video, AI-supported design and content production, and custom AI systems, dashboards and automations built for clients.

Labelling of AI-generated media. In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), which applies from 2 August 2026, photorealistic image, audio or video content we publish that has been generated or materially altered by AI — in particular depictions of people, places or events that could be taken for authentic recordings — is disclosed as AI-generated or hybrid. Where we deliver such material to clients, it is supplied with the information they need for their own disclosure duties; responsibility for labelling a published campaign lies with the publishing party.

Human oversight. AI is a tool in our process, not an autonomous decision-maker. Every piece of work is directed, reviewed and released by a human before delivery.

Likeness and rights. AI-generated people shown in our work are synthetic and are not intended to depict real, identifiable individuals. We only create AI content resembling a real person with that person's explicit written consent.

Website content. Text and graphics on these websites may be produced with AI assistance and are reviewed by us before publication. They are general information and not journalistic reporting on matters of public interest.
